Target's Project 62 Inspires You With an Awesome Glam Look
Target, the U.S. based, upscale discount store, is always on the forefront of décor and all things practical, stylish and affordable. Perhaps the one advantage that they have over my favorite big box Scandi store, is their accessibility. You can find a Target in nearly every major city.
So when I heard that they were launching a new brand collection of chic home decor products I had to find out more. Exactly when this new line will roll out and what will be featured? Keep reading as I give you all the deets.

Recall that Target was among the first retail stores to partner with big name designers. We all remember the coveted tea kettle by late architect Michael Graves, the awesome styling tips from Emily Henderson, and of course the infamous Nate Berkus line.
True to their brand’s Expect More, Pay Less© promise, this new collection does not disappoint. Making its debut online September 16th, and coming to a store near you on September 19th is Project 62™.
What is Project 62?
Project 62™ is a sleek, luxe collection of home furnishings at an affordable price. It's a throwback to modernism (mid-century modern to be exact) with touches of glam. The pieces are streamlined so that they're absolutely perfect for small spaces!
It was in 1962 that Target first opened its doors in Minnesota. And as mentioned, modernism was making its way into homes across the country. Since this style has made a stronger than ever comeback, Project 62™ was a most appropriate name for the collection as well as the brand that it represents.
What Kinds of Items Will Project 62™ Feature?
I thought you'd never ask! The line features 1,200+ pieces, ranging in price from $2.99—$99.99 for decor, tabletop and throw pillows, and $16.99—$699.99 for bedding and furniture. Let's take a closer look.
What's great is that items in the Project 62™ collection will be updated seasonally. Also, international shipping will be available on select items for this brand. That's awesome news for all my U.K., Canadian, and other European readers! Although selection will vary from store to store, the entire collection will be available online.
