Un peu de thé

An Expression of Parisian Charm & Contemporary Romance

The Brief: The client's request was straightforward: “we're thinking to rent this space starting June/July. Short story: Would you please create a design for this space with lights and flooring, countertop and business colors” The assignment was to establish a distinctive design direction for a prospective tea and floral café, beginning with the elements that would define its visual identity.

The Approach: Drawing inspiration from three distinct French café concepts, we blended their most compelling characteristics into a singular design concept. Feminine softness met masculine sophistication through a considered interplay of color, materials, and architectural details. The result was a romantic yet grounded aesthetic, with enough personality to feel distinctly Parisian without becoming overly precious.

The Outcome: An original design concept that gave the budding business a visual foundation. The owner subsequently adapted and implemented the concept independently, bringing their own interpretation to the finished space.

A little Parisian romance, a little modern restraint, and plenty of room for personality.

Original Interior Design Concept: J’adore le Decor
Implementation: Independently by Owner
