The Perfect Organization Challenge for Your Small Home

The 2018 Whole House Organization Challenge officially ended the first week in April.

While I managed to get through it, I have to admit this year's challenge was a pretty tough one for me.  I totally underestimated the amount of energy I would need to dash around from one home to the next organizing spaces and then coming home to blog about it.  Yikes!

Then there were also moments of unexpected doubt when working with clients on their projects.  I knew I was qualified for the task of organizing their spaces.  But when the time arrived for execution, my mind was flooded with doubt.  Does that ever happen to you

Fortunately, I've become skilled at suppressing my inner pessimist.  It's an ability that I work very hard to master.  I can't say that I always win.  But in the case of this challenge, such dogged perseverance helped me push through a couple of projects that, in the end, resonated with  people who had never even knew I existed.  It was a pleasant and happy surprise.

Whole House Organization's Most Popular Small Space Projects

One such project was the garage reorganization project.  Can you believe that this lawn mower bar has been repined on Pinterest more than 100 times?  Yeesh!  It was the most pinned post from the entire series.  I was totally not expecting that.

And this next news nearly caused me to do a backflip!   People obviously needed help organizing their garages.  But sometimes its the things we don't need - or don't think we need - that seizes our attention.  The infamous tea bar in a closet project was visited by a nearly 1,000 of you!  A huge virtual hug from me to you!

To longtime bloggers, that number may not really represent much.  However,  I didn't start this blog  or the Whole House Organization Challenge to become famous, or to outdo anyone else for that matter.  I launched it to help fulfill a need.

You dear readers should know that I value every comment left and every visit paid to this little blog of mine.
